What data do this site and the demo account process, and why?

This website

The site consists of static pages. No visitor tracking, advertising or analytics cookies are used; when a page loads only the fonts are fetched from Google Fonts (this request passes your browser’s IP address to Google).

Calculators

The CN code, country of origin, tonnage and price you enter in the CBAM calculator are sent to the server only to produce the result; the F-gas calculator runs in your browser and sends nothing. The tools do not ask for an account; inputs are not linked to any account.

Demo account

The demo form collects full name, company name, work email, password and an optional sector. This information is processed only to open the demo account, let you sign in and manage the demo period. Passwords are stored as a one-way hash.

• The demo account is suspended automatically 72 hours after opening; sign-in is no longer possible.
• Data you enter in the demo is held only in your own tenant; no other user can see it.
• The form is protected against bots by a honeypot field and a per-address request limit.

AI and external services

Smart suggestions and the chat assistant send no company data outside unless the company administrator switches on data sharing in Company Settings; rule findings are produced on the server. With sharing on, a numerical summary of the current module (totals, counts, statuses) is sent to Google Gemini to draft advice; line-level activity data, personal names, emails and document contents are not sent. Sharing can be switched off at any time and every change is written to the audit trail.

Access and deletion

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your demo data by writing to the platform administrator from the email address you used to open the demo; demo accounts are permanently deleted on request.
